TreeNode::Selected Property
Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the node is selected.

Property Value
Type: System::Booleantrue if the node is selected; otherwise, false. The default is false.
Use the Selected property to specify or determine whether the node is selected.

Only one node can be selected at a time in the TreeView control when using this property.

The value of this property is stored in view state.
