TextBox.Rows Property
Gets or sets the number of rows displayed in a multiline text box.

Property Value
The number of rows in a multiline text box. The default is 0, which displays a one-line text box.
Remarks
Use the Rows property to specify the the number of rows displayed in a multiline text box.
Note This property is only applicable when the TextMode property is set to TextBoxMode.MultiLine.
