RepeaterCommandEventHandler Delegate

Represents the method that will handle the ItemCommand event of a Repeater.

Namespace:  System.Web.UI.WebControls
Assembly:  System.Web (in System.Web.dll)

public delegate void RepeaterCommandEventHandler(
	Object^ source,
	RepeaterCommandEventArgs^ e
)

Parameters

source
Type: System::Object
The source of the event.
e
Type: System.Web.UI.WebControls::RepeaterCommandEventArgs
A RepeaterCommandEventArgs that contains the event data.

When you create a RepeaterCommandEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate. For more information about event handler delegates, see Events and Delegates.

For more information about handling events, see Consuming Events.

The following example demonstrates how to specify and code a handler for the ItemCommand event of the Repeater. Information about the button is displayed when a Button control within the Repeater is clicked.
