Gets a DataSourceSelectArguments object that the Repeater control uses when retrieving data from a data source control.

A DataSourceSelectArguments object used to retrieve data. The default is the Empty value.
Remarks
The first call to the DataSourceSelectArguments object calls the CreateDataSourceSelectArguments method to create the Empty object.
