Parameter.ConvertEmptyStringToNull Property

Note: This property is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the value that the Parameter object is bound to should be converted to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if it is String.Empty.

Property Value

true if the value that the Parameter is bound to should be converted to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) when it is String.Empty; otherwise, false. The default value is true.

If the ConvertEmptyStringToNull property of the parameter is changed, the OnParameterChanged method is called.
