Use the AllowPaging property to specify whether a data-bound control has paging enabled. ASP.NET version 2.0 data-bound controls (such as GridView, DetailsView, and FormView) also use server-side paging to provide automatic paging functionality. For more information on server-side paging, see AllowServerPaging. When using the DataGrid control, you can also provide your own custom paging logic. For more information on custom paging, see DataGrid.AllowCustomPaging and PagedDataSource.AllowCustomPaging.
For more information about paging support for data-bound controls, see the AllowPaging property of the data-bound control.
