The MenuItemBinding to append to the end of the collection.
Return Value
The index at which the MenuItemBinding was inserted in the collection.Use the Add method to append the specified MenuItemBinding object to the end of the collection.

As an alternative, you can insert a MenuItemBinding object in the collection at a specific index by using the Insert method.
