ListView.OnItemDataBound Method (ListViewItemEventArgs)
Raises the ItemDataBound event.
Assembly: System.Web.Extensions (in System.Web.Extensions.dll)
Before the ListView control can be rendered, each item in the control must be bound to a record in the data source. The ItemDataBound event is raised when a ListViewItem object is bound to a data item. This enables you to perform a custom routine whenever this event occurs, such as modifying the values of the data item during the binding process.
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see NIB: Raising an Event.
Themethod also enables derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors:
When you overridein a derived class, you must to call the base class's method so that registered delegates receive the event.
