GridViewUpdatedEventArgs::KeepInEditMode Property

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the GridView control should remain in edit mode after an update operation.

Property Value

Type: System::Boolean
true if the control will remain in edit mode after an update operation; otherwise, false. The default is false.

By default, the GridView control returns to read-only mode after an update operation. To keep the GridView control in edit mode, set the KeepInEditMode property to true.

The following example shows how to keep a GridView control in edit mode when an exception occurs.
