Assembly: System.Web (in System.Web.dll)
[BrowsableAttribute(false)] public: virtual property FormViewRow^ FooterRow { FormViewRow^ get (); }
Property Value
Type: System.Web.UI.WebControls::FormViewRowA FormViewRow that represents the footer row in a FormView control.
The footer row is displayed at the bottom of the FormView control when the FooterText or FooterTemplate property is set. Use the FooterRow property to programmatically access the FormViewRow object that represents the footer row.
Note |
|---|
The FooterRow property is available only after the FormView control creates the footer row in the ItemCreated event. |
This property is commonly used when you need to programmatically manipulate the footer row, for example when adding custom content. Any modification to the FooterRow property must be performed after the FormView control has been rendered; otherwise, the FormView control overwrites any changes.
To control the style of the footer row, use the FooterStyle property.
The following example demonstrates how to use the FooterRow property to programmatically modify the properties of the footer row during the ItemCreated event.
