Thread Safety
Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
Remarks
A DataGridItem represents an item (row) in a DataGrid control, such as a heading section, a footer section, or a data row.
The data items of a DataGrid control are stored in a DataGridItemCollection that can be accessed by using the Items property of the DataGrid control.
You can use a DataGridItem to programmatically access the properties of an item in a DataGrid control.
Example
[Visual Basic, C#] The following example demonstrates how to use a DataGridItem to display the contents of each data item in the DataGrid control.
[Visual Basic, C#] Note The following code sample uses the single-file code model and may not work correctly if copied directly into a code-behind file. This code sample must be copied into an empty text file that has an .aspx extension. For more information on the Web Forms code model, see Web Forms Code Model.
