protected virtual void OnChangedPassword(
	EventArgs e
)

Parameters

e
Type: System.EventArgs

An EventArgs object that contains the event data.

The OnChangedPassword method is called after the password is changed by the membership provider specified in the MembershipProvider property. After the OnChangedPassword method is called, the following occurs:

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Server Event Handling in ASP.NET Web Pages.

The OnChangedPassword method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors:

When overriding the OnChangedPassword method in a derived class, be sure to call the OnChangedPassword method for the base class so that registered delegates receive the event.
