MenuAdapter.RenderEndTag Method
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)
protected void RenderEndTag ( HtmlTextWriter writer )
protected override function RenderEndTag ( writer : HtmlTextWriter )
Parameters
- writer
The HtmlTextWriter containing methods to build and render the device-specific output.
The RenderEndTag method writes the markup for the closing tag of the control to the output stream emitted to the response stream for the client browser. The style attributes and opening tag were rendered in the RenderBeginTag method. The MenuItem objects were individually rendered in the RenderContents method.
Override RenderEndTag when you want to implement custom behavior, for example to write multiple tags to the response stream after any control content, such as </td></tr></table>. Use the RenderEndTag method in conjunction with the RenderBeginTag method to assure opening and closing tag consistency in your output.
