ScriptReferenceBase::ReplaceExtension Method

Replaces the file-name extension in the specified script path to designate a debug script.

Assembly:  System.Web.Extensions (in System.Web.Extensions.dll)

	String^ pathOrName
)

Parameters

pathOrName
Type: System::String
The full path of the script to rename. The path must end with ".js".

Return Value

Type: System::String
A string that contains the path of the script with the debug extension.

This method assumes that the script has a ".js" extension. It then replaces the extension with ".debug.js".

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1

Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
