Gets or sets the formatting string to use when formatting a data-bound value. The default is an empty string ("").

The formatting string to use when formatting a data-bound value.

The format of this string follows the conventions of the run-time String.Format method. If you leave this property set to its default value, the data is converted by using the default ToString converter.
