MobilePage.MakePathAbsolute Method

Converts the specified relative URL into an absolute URL. This API is obsolete. For information about how to develop ASP.NET mobile applications, see the www.asp.net/mobile Web site.

Parameters

virtualPath
Type: System.String
The relative URL to be converted.

Return Value

Type: System.String
The absolute path corresponding to the specified virtual path.

Absolute URLs differ depending on whether the application is configured for cookieless session management. This method provides a single way to translate application URLs regardless of the cookie setting.
