MobilePage::IdSeparator Property
Visual Studio 2010
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Gets the character that is used to separate control identifiers when building a unique ID for a control on a page. This API is obsolete. For information about how to develop ASP.NET mobile applications, see the www.asp.net/mobile Web site.
Assembly: System.Web.Mobile (in System.Web.Mobile.dll)
Property Value
Type: System::CharThe character that is used to separate control identifiers. The default is set by the PageAdapter instance that renders the page. The IdSeparator property is a server-side field and should not be modified.
This member overrides Page::IdSeparator to return a colon (:) if the adapter is a WmlPageAdapter or XhtmlPageAdapter. Otherwise, it returns the default character.
