Saves any private view-state changes that have occurred since the page was loaded from persistence. If no changes were made, this method returns a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic). This API is obsolete. For information about how to develop ASP.NET mobile applications, see the www.asp.net/mobile Web site.
Assembly: System.Web.Mobile (in System.Web.Mobile.dll)
You can override this method to store a private view state. In addition to information saved with the ordinary view state, ASP.NET mobile Web Forms store information such as whether or not the form is paginated. This added information is stored in the private view state and is stored on the client rather than the server. A private view state is saved in an optimized manner. Default behavior, such as making the first form the active form, is never included in the saved private view state.
