Calendar::OnSelectionChanged Method

Raises the SelectionChanged event. This API is obsolete. For information about how to develop ASP.NET mobile applications, see the www.asp.net/mobile Web site.

Namespace:  System.Web.UI.MobileControls
Assembly:  System.Web.Mobile (in System.Web.Mobile.dll)

protected:
virtual void OnSelectionChanged()

The SelectionChanged event is raised when the user selects a day, a week, or an entire month by clicking the date selector controls.

The OnSelectionChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

NoteNote

When overriding the OnSelectionChanged method in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnSelectionChanged method so that registered delegates receive the event.
