XhtmlTextViewAdapter.RenderElement Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Renders the element and a subset of its text content to the client.

Parameters

writer

An XhtmlMobileTextWriter object.

index

An integer indicating which chunk of text is being rendered.

beginSubstring

The starting index of the substring to render.

endSubstring

The ending index of the substring to render. The value -1 indicates the end of the text.

The RenderElement method is called by the Render method to render the element and portion of the text to the client.
