XhtmlPageAdapter::HandlePagePostBackEvent Method (String^, String^)

Parameters

eventSource
Type: System::String^

The source identifier for the event.

eventArgument
Type: System::String^

The name of the event.

Return Value

Type: System::Boolean

false.

The HandlePagePostBackEvent method is called during postback. An adapter can choose to handle the event. The XhtmlPageAdapter class does not handle the postback event and always returns false.

Notes to Inheritors:

When overriding the HandlePagePostBackEvent method in a derived class, if you want your page adapter to handle the postback event, return true after handling the event.
