Parameters
- writer
The XhtmlMobileTextWriter object used to render the server control content on the client's browser.
The ConditionalRenderClosingDivElement method renders a closing </div> element, or, if the Device requires it, a closing </p> element, if the following conditions are met:

The Device does not require suppression of cascading style sheet styles.

The CssLocation property represents a physical file.
This method is primarily used internally by the framework.
