The XhtmlMobileTextWriter object used to render the server control content on the client's browser.
This method renders a cascading style sheet class attribute on the next element if the following conditions are met:

The Device does not require suppression of cascading style sheet styles.

The CssLocation property represents a physical file.

The current Control has a nonempty CssClass attribute name that is different from the current class name.
This method is primarily used by the .NET Framework internally.
