Parameters
- writer
The XhtmlMobileTextWriter object used to render the server control content on the client's browser.
- style
A Style object.
The ConditionalExitLayout method ends a block if the following conditions are met:

If a matching call to the ConditionalEnterFormat method causes character formatting to be applied.

The CssLocation property does not represent a physical file.

The target Device does not require suppression of cascading style sheet styles.
This method is primarily used internally by the framework.
