HtmlTextWriter::EqualsDoubleQuoteString Field

Represents an equal sign (=) and a double quotation mark (") together in a string (=").

Namespace:  System.Web.UI
Assembly:  System.Web (in System.Web.dll)

public:
literal String^ EqualsDoubleQuoteString

The EqualsDoubleQuoteString field is used by the RenderBeginTag and WriteAttribute methods to construct the opening delimiter of attribute values.

The following code example shows how to render a border attribute for a <table> element. The code calls the Write method to render the attribute and its value and uses the Write method to render the EqualsDoubleQuoteString and DoubleQuoteChar fields.

This code example renders the following markup:

border="1"
