Processes the postback data for the HtmlInputHidden control.

Parameters

postDataKey
Type: System.String

The key identifier for the control.

postCollection
Type: System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection

The collection of all incoming name values.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean

true if the HtmlInputHidden control's state has changed as a result of the postback; otherwise, false.

The LoadPostData method checks to see whether the postback value of the HtmlInputHidden control is different from the previous value, and if so, returns true.

The LoadPostData method is used primarily by control developers extending the functionality of the HtmlInputHidden control.
