HtmlInputFile.RaisePostDataChangedEvent Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Notifies the HtmlInputFile control that the state of the control has changed.

Namespace: System.Web.UI.HtmlControls
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)

protected:
virtual void RaisePostDataChangedEvent ()
protected void RaisePostDataChangedEvent ()
protected function RaisePostDataChangedEvent ()

The HtmlInputFile control implements the IPostBackDataHandler interface, which has two methods: IPostBackDataHandler.LoadPostData and IPostBackDataHandler.RaisePostDataChangedEvent. The IPostBackDataHandler.RaisePostDataChangedEvent method does not participate in the processing of the HtmlInputFile control and is included to complete the interface implementation.

The RaisePostDataChangedEvent method is used primarily by control developers to extend the functionality of the HtmlInputFile control.
