Returns a serialized copy of the current template that is used to render the associated control at design time.

Namespace:  System.Web.UI.Design.WebControls
Assembly:  System.Design (in System.Design.dll)

public:
virtual String^ GetEditableDesignerRegionContent(
	EditableDesignerRegion^ region
) override

Parameters

region
Type: System.Web.UI.Design::EditableDesignerRegion

The EditableDesignerRegion for which to obtain content.

Return Value

Type: System::String
A string containing a serialized copy of the template used to render the associated LoginView at design time.

If a template implementing the ITemplate interface can be obtained from the region parameter, the GetEditableDesignerRegionContent method returns the persisted template. Otherwise, it calls the GetEditableDesignerRegionContent base method to generate the content.
