Gets a value that indicates whether the RefreshSchema method can be called by the design host.

IDataSourceDesigner::CanRefreshSchemaThe RefreshSchema method can be called if all the following conditions are true:
The Control::Site property of the associated LinqDataSource control implements the System.ComponentModel.Design::ITypeDiscoveryService interface.
The TypeName and ContextTypeName properties both contain a value.
If these conditions are true, the CanRefreshSchema property value is true.
If the CanRefreshSchema is true, the Refresh Schema menu item is displayed in the LinqDataSource Tasks menu of the associated control on the visual designer surface.
