Parameters

templateName

A String that specifies the name of the template for which to get the data source.

Return Value

An object that implements an IEnumerable interface containing a design-time DataSource property.

The GetTemplateContainerDataSource method calls the GetResolvedSelectedDataSource method to construct a data source from the object that is specified by the DataSource and DataMember properties of the associated control derived from BaseDataList class.

Notes to Callers: The GetTemplateContainerDataSource method is obsolete. Callers should use the GetResolvedSelectedDataSource method instead. The templateName parameter is not used.
