IDataSourceDesigner.GetView Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets the DesignerDataSourceView for the specified view.

Parameters

viewName

The name of a view in the underlying data source.

Return Value

A DesignerDataSourceView containing information about the identified view, or a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) if a view with the specified name is not found.

A class that implements IDataSourceDesigner can define a view in a way that is useful within the context of that class.

Use the GetViewNames method to get a list of view names.
