DesignerRegionCollection.Contains Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Gets a value indicating whether the specified region is contained within the collection.

Namespace: System.Web.UI.Design
Assembly: System.Design (in system.design.dll)

public:
bool Contains (
	DesignerRegion^ region
)
public boolean Contains (
	DesignerRegion region
)
public function Contains (
	region : DesignerRegion
) : boolean

Parameters

region

The DesignerRegion to locate within the collection.

Return Value

true, if the region is in the collection; otherwise, false.

The Contains method determines equality by using the Equals method on the DesignerRegion objects.

The Contains method performs a linear search; therefore, the average execution time is proportional to the Count property. Because template region collections are typically small, the performance of the linear search operation is not critical.
