Parameters
- serviceProvider
An IServiceProvider that can retrieve global and local services.
Return Value
A DesignTimeResourceProviderFactory object, if any are defined in the configuration file; otherwise, a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).A resource provider factory creates resource providers and resource writers, depending on the current settings in the system.web/globalization section of the configuration file (either Machine.config or Web.config for both global and local resources). If no globalization settings are found, the serviceProvider parameter is used to create a DesignTimeResourceProviderFactory object using the default implementation for the design host.
Typically, control developers will not override the GetDesignTimeResourceProviderFactory method.
