Gets the script statements contained in the client script element.

The Text property represents the statements that are contained in the script element. Typically, the script statements for a script element are specified using either the Text or Source property.
If the Text property is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or an empty string (""), the script element does not contain any script statements.
The Source property is initialized by the ClientScriptItem constructor.
