SessionStateModule Constructor
Initializes a new instance of the SessionStateModule class.

This constructor is not intended to be called from application code.
An HttpApplication object is created when an ASP.NET application is started. The HttpApplication object calls the SessionStateModule constructor to create the SessionStateModule object for the application. The SessionStateModule is specified in the configuration for an application.
