Executes final cleanup code before the SessionStateModule object is released from memory.

This method is not intended to be called from application code.

An HttpApplication object is created when an ASP.NET application is started. The HttpApplication object creates and initializes the SessionStateModule object for the application and calls the Dispose method when the object is released. The SessionStateModule is specified in the configuration for an application.
