IHttpSessionState::LCID Property

Gets or sets the locale identifier (LCID) of the current session.

Namespace:  System.Web.SessionState
Assembly:  System.Web (in System.Web.dll)

property int LCID {
	int get ();
	void set (int value);
}

Property Value

Type: System::Int32
A CultureInfo instance that specifies the culture of the current session.

This LCID property is provided for compatibility with earlier versions of ASP only. If you do not need to maintain backward compatibility with ASP pages, use the LCID property instead.

ASP.NET does not store the locale identifier in session state. The LCID property calls the LCID to get and set the identifier.

The following code example implements the LCID property of the IHttpSessionState interface to get and set the locale identifier for the current page.

No code example is currently available or this language may not be supported.
