Use a constructor to set the Code property.

The value of the Code property can be any user defined XML qualified name, including the codes represented by the RpcProcedureNotPresentFaultCode, RpcBadArgumentsFaultCode, EncodingMissingIDFaultCode, and EncodingUntypedValueFaultCode fields.
