ServerProtocol Class

The .NET Framework uses classes that are derived from the ServerProtocol class to process XML Web service requests.

The ServerProtocol type exposes the following members.

Protected methodServerProtocolThe constructor for ServerProtocol.

Protected propertyContextGets the HttpContext object for the derived class.
Protected propertyRequestGets the HttpRequest object for the derived class.
Protected propertyResponseGets the HttpResponse object for the derived class.
Protected propertyTargetGets the service object that is invoked.

Protected methodAddToCacheStores a Object in the cache using a key that is created from the specified protocol type and server type.
Public methodEquals(Object)Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)
Protected methodFinalizeAllows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)
Protected methodGetFromCacheRetrieves the Object that is stored in the cache using the key that was created from the specified protocol type and server type.
