SoapHeaderBinding::Message Property

Gets or sets a value specifying the name of the Message within the XML Web service to which the SoapHeaderBinding applies.

Type: System.Xml::XmlQualifiedName
An XmlQualifiedName representing the name of the Message.

The default value of this property is an empty string ("").
