MessageCollection::Insert Method (Int32, Message^)

Adds the specified Message to the MessageCollection at the specified zero-based index.

Namespace:   System.Web.Services.Description
Assembly:  System.Web.Services (in System.Web.Services.dll)

public:
void Insert(
	int index,
	Message^ message
)

Parameters

index
Type: System::Int32

The zero-based index at which to insert the message parameter.

message
Type: System.Web.Services.Description::Message^

The Message to add to the collection.

Exception Condition
IndexOutOfRangeException

The index parameter is less than zero.

- or -

The index parameter is greater than Count.

If the number of items in the collection already equals the collection's capacity, the capacity is doubled by automatically reallocating the internal array before the new element is inserted.

If the index parameter is equal to Count, the message parameter is added to the end of the MessageCollection.

The elements after the insertion point move down to accommodate the new element.

Message^ myMessage1 = gcnew Message;

myMessagePart1->Element = gcnew XmlQualifiedName( "Add",myServiceDescription->TargetNamespace );
myMessage1->Parts->Insert( 0, myMessagePart1 );
myServiceDescription->Messages->Insert( 16, myMessage1 );
