MembershipProvider::RequiresUniqueEmail Property
Gets a value indicating whether the membership provider is configured to require a unique e-mail address for each user name.
Assembly: System.Web.ApplicationServices (in System.Web.ApplicationServices.dll)
Property Value
Type: System::Booleantrue if the membership provider requires a unique e-mail address; otherwise, false. The default is true.
The RequiresUniqueEmail property indicates whether users must supply a unique e-mail address value when creating a user. If a user already exists in the data source for the current ApplicationName, then the CreateUser method returns nullptr and a status value of DuplicateEmail.
