	EventsDiscardedByBuffer	Gets the number of events discarded by the buffer since the last notification.

This class is used to pass information to the e-mail template for a TemplatedMailWebEventProvider object when an event notification occurs. The e-mail template then formats the event information for the e-mail message body.

A notification occurs when buffering is disabled, the event-buffering system sends out messages for accumulated events, or an event occurs and the event-buffering system is disabled.
