HttpContext.RemapHandler Method

Enables you to specify a handler for the request.

public void RemapHandler(
	IHttpHandler handler
)

Parameters

handler
Type: System.Web.IHttpHandler

The object that should process the request.

ExceptionCondition
InvalidOperationException

The RemapHandler method was called after the MapRequestHandler event occurred.

If you set handler to null, the default handler is used to process the request. You can set handler to either an asynchronous or synchronous handler. The handler must implement the IHttpHandler interface.
