Disposes the HttpApplication instance.
Namespace: System.Web
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)
The Request, Response, Session, and Application properties are not available for use when the Dispose method executes.
The Dispose method calls the Dispose method on each of the registered HttpModules in the application instance and raises the Disposed event.
Notes to Inheritors When overriding Dispose in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's Dispose method so that registered delegates receive the event.Windows 98, Windows 2000 SP4, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP Media Center Edition, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP SP2, Windows XP Starter Edition
The .NET Framework does not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see System Requirements.
