HttpApplication.AcquireRequestState Event

Occurs when ASP.NET acquires the current state (for example, session state) that is associated with the current request.

Namespace: System.Web
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)

public:
event EventHandler^ AcquireRequestState {
	void add (EventHandler^ value);
	void remove (EventHandler^ value);
}
/** @event */
public void add_AcquireRequestState (EventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_AcquireRequestState (EventHandler value)

JScript supports the use of events, but not the declaration of new ones.

The AcquireRequestState event is raised after the event handler has been created.

See the HttpApplication overview topic for an example of handling the AcquireRequestState event.
