DefaultHttpHandler.ProcessRequest Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Enables a DefaultHttpHandler object to process of HTTP Web requests.

Parameters

context

An HttpContext that provides references to intrinsic server objects used to service HTTP requests.

Exception typeCondition

InvalidOperationException

The ProcessRequest is called synchronously.

The ProcessRequest method should not be called synchronously. Classes that are derived from the DefaultHttpHandler class can override the ProcessRequest to provide customized request processing.
