HeaderElement Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the HeaderElement class.

)

Parameters

name
Type: System::String
The name of the HTTP header.
value
Type: System::String
The value of the HTTP header.

ExceptionCondition
ArgumentNullException

name is nullptr.

ArgumentNullException

value is nullptr.

When you create an instance of the HeaderElement class, the value of name must always be a non-null, non-empty string. The value parameter can be an empty string.
