TransactionOptions Structure

Contains additional information that specifies transaction behaviors.

public value class TransactionOptions

The TransactionOptions type exposes the following members.

Public propertyIsolationLevelGets or sets the isolation level of the transaction.
Public propertyTimeoutGets or sets the timeout period for the transaction.

Public methodEqualsDetermines whether this TransactionOptions instance and the specified object are equal. (Overrides ValueType::Equals(Object).)
Protected methodFinalizeAllows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)
Public methodGetHashCodeReturns the hash code for this instance. (Overrides ValueType::GetHashCode().)
Public methodGetTypeGets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.)

Public operatorStatic memberEqualityTests whether two specified TransactionOptions instances are equivalent.
Public operatorStatic memberInequalityReturns a value that indicates whether two TransactionOptions instances are not equal.

This structure encapsulates the timeout and isolation level parameters for a transaction into a single, simple structure. It is passed to the TransactionScope and CommittableTransaction constructors to create a new transaction with the desired behaviors.
