MatchCollection::IsSynchronized Property

Gets a value indicating whether access to the collection is synchronized (thread-safe).

false in all cases.

This member is not present in the Portable Class Library. If you are developing applications that target the Portable Class Library, use the MatchCollection::ICollection::IsSynchronized property instead.
